What we collect
If you send a quote request, we receive the name, email, optional phone, town or ZIP, job type, and details you type. The form service that emails us the request (FormSubmit) and the host (Netlify) may log basic technical data such as IP address.
How we use it
We use that information to reply, schedule, and do the job. We do not sell leads. We do not run fake review programs from this data.
How long we keep it
Quote mail is kept as long as we need it to finish the job or answer a follow-up, then deleted in the normal course of business.
Contact about data

Site use
Estimates on this site are not a contract. Hazardous items and landfill-bound covered electronics stay off the trailer. New York law and Otsego County solid-waste rules apply to how loads are handled.
